Does anyone know of an HF SSB transceiver (preferably rack mount) that has tone remote built in or has the interfaces for a tone adapter plus enough I/Os to select one of four channels? Also, it needs alarm outputs that I can tie into some sort of redundancy switch for 1:1 redundancy on the radios. This has to interface with a console (probably Gold Elite or CSoft). I rather not use four radios since only one console position will have HF capabilities, so it would be easier to just use one radio.
I've looked at Mobat, Codan, Barrett, Q-MAC, Datron, and Rohde & Schwarz. The two most likely candidates look like Mobat and R&S right now since they have the most interfacing options. The R&S even speaks RS-485!

The newer versions of the Mobat are a good choice.
If your looking to have an interop gateway in the mix, you might want to check with Sytech Corp. They
have interfaced the Mobat to allow remote control of the radio through the gateway. In other words,
you can use their remote client software on a computer that is connected via an IP connection to the
gateway and change the channels in the Mobat. You don't even have to be in the same state. It
