Interfacing MCS2000 High Power VHF with a SVR-200

Hey guys,

I'm looking for information on how to interface the SVR with a MCS2000. I have the application notes for the MCS, however I cannot locate the applicable resistor to bring MCOR to the accessory connector. I was able to do this fine on a UHF Mid power, but the High power layout is totally different. Anyone ever do this? I'm looking for R202/R239.
