XTS2500 remote speaker mic

I have a XTS2500 that will not work with any speaker mic I have tried. When ever I conect the mic and put the PTT the radio does nothing. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks in advance.

bad accessory connector or flex?

can you read/program it OK?

Reads and programs just fine. Have tried multiple different mics with it and no luck

I use a standard Jedi mike (NMN6193B) and it works just fine. 2500s do not work with "Commander" mikes.
