Better find a local Motorola shop. Tell them what you want to do, they can then contact their regional rep and arrange for the flash upgrade purchase.
Unfortunately, more shops know nothing about flash upgrades than the ones that do, so you may have to shop around. I'm not sure, but I don't know if the Depot will do flash upgrades or not. Regardless, it will not be cheap.

The flash is available directly from Motorola. Call 1-800-367-2436 and ask for a sales rep. They will sell you the quick call flash package for $100.00 Make sure when you call you have your radio's model#, serial # and current flash code. You then will need to send the radio to the depot for the flash which they will do for approx 60 - 100 bucks. Either way it'll cost you around $160 - 200 once you figure in the cost of shipping the radio and sales tax which the big M charges everywhere. That is assuming you don't have a SRIB or access to one. If you do you just need the flash package.
My friend recently got his radio back from the depot for this exact flash feature. BTW Motorola sends you a couple of nice mylar flashport stickers with your new flashcode for the frame of your radio.
Have fun...Chris
