Error #1713 Mototrbo - Help!

Hi!

When I try to read (or open sample files) Mototrbo mobile/portable radios (only models with 160 channels) there is an error message #1713.

CPS - 4.0 build 112. Codeplug - R01.04. OS on PC - Win XP SP2.

Help file CPS hasn't got info about error 1713.
Somebody can help to solve this problem?

Set the decimal point as "." instead of "," in 'Regional Settings' control.
