Spectra UHF High power RF Transistors

Hello I have low output (60w) on my UHF Range 3 spectra high power spectra, it looks like I need to replace the output transistors, can some body please let me know what I need to replace them with? it says M2529 on the transistor but I cant find any referance to that number, thank you
