MCS2000 model II/III Question

I've searched for this but cannot find it. I need the part number for the adapter piece for converting a remote head type II/III to a non-remote head type radio. I suppose /\/\ is the only place to get them? Any suggestions on that? Thanks in advance.

The part number you need is 1502455Y05

About 20 bucks from a Moto shop
