UHF CP200 or UHF CP185

I will be getting about four new UHF handhelds for the squad members. We already have 15 VHF CP200's and programming equipment. The UHF is a backup radio system for the officers. What does the CP185 do that the CP200 can't other than the display feature?

It does scrambling and has more programmable buttons

It does not do any signaling (MDC1200 or QCII)
