Trbo error 599

Trbo error 599

I tried to read a VHF Trbo mobile and got message error 599, unable to communicate with device. I have used the Motorola USB cable to accessory connector, software, and computer on UHF Trbo mobiles. This same VHF Trbo mobile would not produce any transmitt power while on bench power supply and dummy load, but it had 40 watts when installed in the car.
