Welcome to the Board. Our primary purpose is the exchange of Motorola-related information. The buying and selling is considered to be secondary and not nearly as important. While on moderated status, as a new member, you're not permitted to originate buy/sell/trade posts, but you can respond to other's posts. Your changeover to regular, non-moderated status depends primarily on how much you contribute via technical and similar helpful posts on the Board. Please be sure to read the Board Rules and FAQs before you post anything.

Thanks and regards,
Tom in D.C.

Ok, Tom! Thanks! Really what I am looking for is radio parts. I dont know a lot about radios yet. But you can give me a light and I can fix it. I am learning and pretty sure you guys here will teach me a lot more than I know now about radios! But thats why they call it learning and thats what I like to do with electronics. I am really in a need though for antennas, batteries and knobs for the P200 radios in low band 46.xx range. But since I wont be able to get em here anytime soon I will need to find them somewhere. Thanks and I will keep using this site for my new learning experience. Hope to be able to post in their soon though. 8)

Incorrect. The rule has been, and still is, that a person on moderated status can NOT
originate a For Sale or Wanted post. They can respond and do business otherwise but
they can not originate these kinds of posts.

Also, keep checking E-bay for some P200 parts. You'd be surprised how much "random radio stuff" appears on E-bay.

I'm going to lock this topic as it's already strating to stray off topic.

Please start a new topic if you have specific questions you need or want help with etc.

Thanks,
