RF Power Transisters - Cross Reference Part#'s

I have some Motorola RF MOSFET Power Transisters in I beleive the AT style package and need a modern or any cross reference part number
other than what is shown below.

I have searched with google until I have been google eyed and found nothing on them. If anyone has an older cross reference books that
reveal any other info I would appreciate a response. These all have late 1980's and early 1990's date codes on them. See list below

If I'm not badly mistaken, all those numbers are internal Motorola numbers, not industry-standard numbers, and won't cross via "regular" means. Are these loose parts you have, or are they in a piece of equipment? If in a piece of equipment, someone may be able to help you by having some info on the equipment.

You are correct about those numbers. The last one would be 48 00869738.

Well - I could be wrong but it was my impression that the second number(Mxxxx) was the industry number which could be cross referenced.
I remember back in those days(and its probably the same today) that there was always the major device suppliers and then there were the
series of other manufactures which made the clone of each device and the specs were always either the same or so close the difference was
not worth taking into consideration.

BTW - these are loose parts (given to me by another tech) and I am trying to get the specs on them because I have some equipment with
the same package style devices and I am trying to determine if I can keep them for spares. This is to keep legacy equipment running if
the smoke leaks out.

Sorry, but those still aren't industry-standard numbers. Most industry-standard numbers will have prefixes like, "2SC", "2N", "MRF", "TP", etc. I would have to think that your best bet would be someone with a MOL account. They might be able to look up what equipment they go in.

I recognize at least one number there... M1104 is the PA final for a 146-174MHz 25-45W GM300, also used in similar band/power Maxtrac and maybe some other models.

Sorry but that is the same reason I am looking to keep them. Just need more data on the
rest of them. Thanks for the M1104 info.

Well,

I had to ask, but those are for Micor finals and others of the variety. I can look more as I have a model cross reference manual for the 1 replacement catalog motorola put out when these radios were hot so they could stop carrying so many types.
