Pre-Mature Low Battery Chirp (High Power)

Post by 2wayfreq »

Hi,
Just curious, where in RSS do you adjust the battery draw thresholds to keep the battery chirp from triggering on High Power even on a full charge? These are Nimh non-impres batteries for XTS3000 and AS3. Or is this CPS only feature? Thanks

It's not a feature in CPS either. It does exist in certain LAB softwares.

I know this is almost a month behind and I thought I had answered this one about 3 weeks ago (hmmmm). Inside of the Tuning software for the XTS series (both 3000 and 5000) is the battery calibration. I haven't done it yet but it takes you through step by step. This was added as a field service bulliten a while back and put into the tuning software around that same release. Hopefully you found the answere already, I just wanted to make sure this got posted in case anyone does a search.
