MTR2000 Station Control Module

I was trying to upgrade the firmware on an MTR2000 but instead what happened was the control module locked up on me and it is now in Flash mode constantly. The LEDs are alternating red and green and I can not read, write, or upgrade the station anymore. Is there a way to reset this without having to send it in? Thanks
