Console model# h1030a

Hello I have a console that has a model # of H1030a. This console is similar to the Moden series paging encoders. I opened it up and found a part # of HLN 4541A on the board inside. It has a DB25 connector on the back and a cable coming from it with a male DB 25 on the end of it. Can anyone on here provide me with what this item is and any technical information.
