EX600 XLS out of band programing

Good Day Fellow Batlabers,
I've been searching the forums with regards to out of band programing on this thing. Can the Pro-Radio CPS be hacked or not?
I got a hold of an "S" range that I'd like to drop from 450 to 440

Yes it can be done.

No the way to do it has not been publicized.
