Hi this is a 403 to 430 MHz. How hi can I program this unit? Can I program this with the standard software. I would like to get to 461 MHz but aleast cover the ham band. Thanks for the help.

That appears to be a Q-split consolette. It will program using Astro Spectra CPS, R05.03.00 being the latest version, plus RIB and programming cable. You can forget 460 - if you're lucky, it *might* slight up to the high 430s, maybe 440.0, but that's about it. You will have issues with the VCO locking, the power output falling off, and the sensitivity going to crap.
