XTL5000 always on monitor

Hello,

I programmed a XTL5000 but the radio remains on monitor even tho I have a receive PL programmed.

What am I missing?

Microphone must be hung up in a GROUNDED clip.

Isnt there a setting to bypass this?

HUB defeats PL or something like that. I think its under the conventional somewhere.

It's under the "General" tab in Conventional Configuration...
