Battery Loader 6 pcs Motorola MX2000

Hi,

I got a loader for 6 MX2000 porto.
Sadly the power supply unit Astec AA16330 is broken.
I want to replace it with an external power supply.
It has a 3 wire output (black (GND), Red (+12,5) and blue ???)
I can't figure out the meaning of the blue one. Who can tell me what it does?

Just hooked 13,8 v on the black and red wire. seems to be working. Blue seems to be a feedback signal for the power supply.
