Astro Spectra flashing question

Morning, I was trying to find some information on sending in a Astro Spectra to be flashed and wanted to know if the radio can be flashed with the same features as my XTS5000 but have not found a lot of information on it. Model is T99DX+099W and ID when read is T04KLH9PW9AN. I want to be able to have this flashed for the same features as my XTS5000. What I have in my XTS5000 is:

D12 B1 Q806 Q806 ASTRO Digital Operation [ a25p ]
D12 B3 H14 H14 Enhanced Digital ID Display [ a25p ]
D7 B4 H38 H38 SMARTZONE Systems Operation [ a25p ]
D3 B3 Q173 Q173 SMARTZONE OMNILINK Multizone Operation [ a25p ]
D2 B4 Q361 Q361 ASTRO 25 9600 Baud Trunking [ a25p ]
D1 B2 Q446 Q446 Channel Announcement [ a25p ]

I am hoping that the Spectra can be flashed with the same thing? I will be sending it into the Motorola shop to have this done if possible. I also need the part # for the programming cable for this unit as well if anyone has one.

Your Astro Spectra will not do the 9600BPs trunking. Only 800MHz Astro radios can support 9600BPs trunking.
