Gang Charger Power Supply Failures

Is anyone else having issues with the ASTEC gang charger supply (Astec 2516412H01, Motorola model AA19920)? I have had about 20 of these come across my bench in the last few months, mostly not repairable. Most of the problems seem to be in the switching circuit, just before the transformer. No schematic available according to Motorola, so I am flying by the seat of my pants with repairs.

No schematics from ASTEC either, we tried. Time to replace them with a better power supply.
