saber intermittent operation

I have 2 secure saber 1's that have a power on problem thay worked for weeks at a time then stop turning on then work for a hour or two.

tried two different batteries both operate other sabers i have.

any suggestion of bad parts to look for or is it time to get another saber

1st thing to check would be the battery contacts, they do wear down over time and become intermittent.

Contacts look good i have also hooked it to a power supply.

right now not working worked yesterday morning then quit last night

I would suspect a faulty power switch or the flex circuit to the switch.
