RNC 3000

Post by bamaal »

I am receiving an alarm on my RNC 3000. Does anybody here work on these, does Motorola have a list of alarms and what the codes mean?

AND speaking of RNC3000, anyone recall how to upgrade the software from say 8.14 to 8.23??? I forgot the procedure and am out of the office right now....my cohorts in La are having issues with a RNC and it keeps rebooting....they have it on 8.14 and Im sure 8.23 takes care of that..they have the CD but cannot get to a prompt to load it....and I KNOW they dont have to wipe the drive and reload from scratch (I HOPE!)?????!!!!

Thanks...I'll be checking my manuals later at the office but thought I'd ask here 1st!
