QCII Decode in early F/W XTS2500?

Post by com501 »

I have an issue with an agency that purchased very early XTS2500's. The newer ones decode QCII, the olders ones refuse to.

Exact same codeplug.

The ones that do not are all in the V4-5 range for firmware.

Anyone know where the functionality for QCII decode was 'fixed' or 'added' to the firmware release? I need to survey these and determine which ones need to be refreshed.

-Thanks!

We're talking rural Nevada. They *MIGHT* have Hughes satellite at best......

I will just get UPS involved. I would rather deal with that latency than Hughes....
