Quantar Rear Panel Pinouts

Hi Folks,

I'm working on a controller to remotely shut down the Quantar, but the only
schematics that I have are for the System Control Board.

Does anyone have the pinouts of the connectors on the rear panel?

Also, when the batteries are hooked up, and backup is enabled in the RSS,
does the station also charge the batteries?
