Can anyone comment on the quality of this coax cable Vs. times microwave brand???

Robert,

You may be thinking of using this for your repeater.
LMR400 is a trade mark/product name of Times Cable, the OEM manufacturer.
LMR400 and the so-called equivalents is not good for duplex, repeater, systems due to the dissimilar shield materials. This can lead to desense in the repeater receiver. There are many articles on this, even from Times themselves.

actually the landlady wants me to move my ham antennas all the way to the back of the yard some 200 or so ft from the house.

so i need to run from my station to the antenna location.
