HT1250 read problem

HT1250 read problem

Hello. I have an HT1250 that I'm trying to read. It starts to say "building database" at the bottom then a warning box comes up and says "Failed to add 251 records in rdkRecSet_12261" then after I click OK another warning box comes up and says "Problem in CreatProperNumberOfRecsAtUnpack for block MDC Call". I'm using Vesion 5. I just successfully read out my personal radio but can't read my friend's radio. I have no idea which version my friend's radio was wrote with last. I'm not familiar with what the latest version that is out. Are the warning boxes just a fancy way to say his radio was wrote last with a newer version of sofware than mine? Thanks for reading.
