HT1250 and DTMF encode and decode

HT1250 and DTMF encode and decode

I want to add a HT1250 to a fleet of Vertex radios that use DTMF ID's. Will the HT1250 work? I have programmed the transmitt ID, but I do not see how to program the receive to display a DTMF ID.

no, the ht1250 does not support DTMF decoding, however it does encode DTMF.

Will the DTMF ID number transmitted by the HT1250 be displayed on a Vertex VX424 talkie that is setup for their DTMF ANI? IF so, what is the timing settings?
