XTL Desk Mic RMN5070a DIP Switches

I opened up my RMN5070A XTL Desktop Microphone, and inside, there are 8 DIP switches inside. Any idea what these are for? Also, I would like to use this mic for an MCS2000. Does anyone have the pinout so I cam make this possible? Thanks.

Do a search for RMN5068A and you will find the switches explained. They might be the same.
