Will the Motorola Saber RSS program the 12.5Khz radios?

I would like to know if the standard Saber RSS will program the Saber 12.5Khz international version models?

Ko,

Some of the international versions of the sabers are actually MX1000,2000 and 3000's they use a totally different RSS package that is not compatable with US sabers.
