One Touch Operation - MTS2000

Post by bezking708 »

Hi all,

I have an MTS2000 with a flashcode that contains an option called "One Touch Operation." Can anyone tell me what this does?

Thanks!

Normally, to do trunking 'message' or 'status', you'd put it in as a menu item & then choose the message or status to send from a list, then hit PTT to send. With one touch operation, you can set up to 3 buttons (I believe) to immediately send a particular message or status. I've worked with it in trunking systems, but I believe it also works for conventional MDC message & status as well.
