After writing to radio using R06.11.05 with the clone option disabled. I can no longer read or write to radio.
Error message asking to check your connection comes up. Is it possible that by disabling the clone option you also disabled the read/write. I heard that you clone the HT1250's by writing to radio, not radio to radio. Is this correct?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for read my post.

What clone option have you disabled? I only ask because there is no clone option for Pro Series CPS, you use the Write function.

I see what you are talking about now. That should have zero impact on your ability to read/write with CPS.
What kind of cable are you using?

RIBLess USB to radio connector with a PL-2303 driver. It was working fine and then it stop. I have a computer with an 9 pin RS232 serial port, would that be better, with a Rib-Box OEM Motorola.
Re: Can't read/write to Ht1250 LS+
Yeah, definitely the OEM RIB and cable is the better choice, there is also a RIBless OEM cable but it's about $160. Perhaps try to uninstall your USB->Serial adapter from the device manager and then reinstall?

The problem was with the USB ribless cable. It didn't last long. It was a knock off. You get what you pay for, most of the time. This one was not a Kawa special. I have not had any problems with Kawa, yet.
