M1225 16 pin
I have a M1225 that is hooked up to our time recorder here at work. I am able to record everything from the repeater using pin's 1 and 16 to the recorder. However this radio and recorder are in our admin building and they want 1 radio. Can I use any of the pins on the radio to record what is being said on the local mic? Other wise with this radio only records half of the conversation.
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

The M1225 is much like the CDM series with respect to tx and rx audio on the accessory connector; see here http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=86774

This is not making sense. If you have a radio in the same building monitoring a colocated repeater for logging, then you should be getting both sides already. I think you are asking how to log the repeater directly off the wireline, and I'm guessing it's 4 wire since you said you can only log one side. You need a balanced bridge to convert 4 wire to 2 wire with null / isolation so the dispatchers don't get feed back / side tone in their headsets during xmit.
