Please help Error 4-1379

I am trying to program my Motorola CT450, I am using Entry Level Professional Radio CPS R02.02.00 on windows98, read the radio then it goes to another screen were it shows the software and version of the CPS then starts to say initializing database then I get this ERROR MESSAGE "ERROR 4-1379" and cant go any further:( please please please help me please post answer here or email me at [email protected] thank you all for your time:)

A quick use of the search feature shows that it's a region mis-match...ie: you have an overseas radio with North American CPS, or similar.
