Hello All!
I have a Jt-1000 and the software and manual to pretty much program it the way I would like.
The only question I have is there a way to program a nuisence delete option in one of the side buttons.
I have a neighboring county programmed in and when they start talking it is nearly impossible to listen to the other channels.
Any help would greatly be appreciated
Thanks
David

- What radios do you own?: XTS2500, XTS5000, and MTS2000
Re: JT-1000 Programming Question
Yep, you can assign one of the side buttons for "select" in the radio configuration page in RSS, then enable "nuisance delete" in the scan setup screen. The "select" button will also select other things like add or delete a channel if you enable user scan programming. During scan pressing that button will remove all but the priority channel from the list temporarily until scan is canceled, a channel change is made, or you power the radio off.
