It means your codeplug is damaged, only way to fix it is to put a s-rec back into it, if you dont have an original backup it will need re-alignment.

The codeplug has a checksum issue, it is hosed. Need to reprogram with a saved plug or s-record if rss/cps can even communicate with it.

Looks like your out of luck, all the radios I fixed with a 1/92 did still read and write ok.
