Any user feedback on Pryme BT-523 Jedi Bluetooth Adapter?

Curious if anyone has used the Pryme BT-523 Jedi Bluetooth adapter? Curious if they might have corrected all the issues with the Motorola equivalent BT adapter...

I think they cost about $119 each or so.

Any feedback from end users?

I cant find these anywhere - no reference on google or ebay etc.
