R13 on an R12 XTS2500?

I have an XTS2500i last programmed with R12... However I have R13 Software.

I know there were some issues if you had an R9 radio and programmed with R12, you lost some things - so before I jump off the bridge and use R13 on this radio, is this going to cause any issues?

No, the only problem is when using a <9 cps fpp radio with only the FCC fpp option and going to >cps 9 you lose your fpp. And if you had q52 and q53 fpp you would be locked to strict channel assignment rules.
