need help in flashing xts3000

Almost a year ago I bought a used xts3000 800 mhz radio. The seller didn't have a lot of info on the unit, but the price was right for me, so I went for it. After receiving it, I find it will not do what I need without a flash upgrade. Problem I've run into is this radio has been 'whoreflashed' I would like to flash it back to a legitimate unit that will work on my system... The info from the radio is: codeplug 000c, firmware 07.71.00.00, dsp s/w N08.03.03, flashcode 599108-5f4600-1. A friend was going to help, but ran into difficulties with his programming equipment, so I'm back to square one. If there is any way someone could help me turn this back into a legit radio and load the flash that I need, I'd appreciate it.
