XTS2500 order code for emergency feature

I've searched here and elsewhere and can't seem to find the option order code ("Hxxx" or "Qxxx") for emergency. Is this feature perhaps included as part of some other option?

I would need the order code for the emergency that would work with Q361 P25 9600 baud trunking.
