Motorola CDM1550LS 217-220 mhz radio programming out of band

I need help programming this radio out of band into the ham band. On the older style radios you held the shift key down.
On these newer cdm1550 radios, I think you have to go into the codeplug with hex workshop, but not sure where to look.
Can anyone help me with this? I only need to go 2 meg higher or 224.000 to 222.400 mhz.
