XTL5000 W9 to O5 conversion

What do I need to convert a XTL5000 W9 to a dashmount O5 radio? Do I need a special firmware version? Minimum version?

Does any O5 head will fit my unit?

control head, hkn6192 flex, and the spacer. you change the control head type in the CPS. change it in the software first, then when the radio is rebooting after you program it, kill power to the radio, swap hardware, power on, done
