XTS5000 UHF Astro

Got an odd failure code on a radio this morning! it is a Model II Ruggedized XTS5000 UHF and the radio was working fine, the complaint was that after 10 minutes of use the radio "died." After leaving on all night on the bench with no issues with PTT or RX, picked it up and keyed a few time and put back down on the bench went to get a cup of coffee and came back the radio said "FAIL 01/01" I wonder what the error code is, more than likely I will have to send it off to depot.

*Update* after the fail 01/01 code the radio sat on the power supply and reset and now the flashzap loader came up and said "Invalid Firmware." So the radio is going to DEPOT!!
