XTS2500 Alert Call Issue??

I got a XTS2500 Model III UHF 450-520MHz off Ebay.

Here is the specific info on the radio:

Issue is that when I Alert Call the XTS2500 from any of my Astro portables ie:XTS3000 Model III,XTS2500 model III and XTS5000 Model III,the radio will only alert me for one sec and then auto resets.

I tried putting in the manual func but still no go.Radio,as soon as gets a Astro Alert Call IMBE conventional or a anlog MDC Alert Call,radio will auto reset.

Something I am doing wrong in the CPS programming?I am using Astro 25 portable CPS 13.01.

Sorry.I had" Call Alert Auto reset"checked off under ALERT func.Once I unchecked,its working fine...
