Motorola RNET data radio squelch pot location question

im trying to reduce the squelch setting on the RNET radio, which pot adjusts it? i have each of them labeled. also does anyone have a schematic of the 15 pin connector on the RNET unit?

this particular application is inside a VRS-EP.
think about how to ENCOURAGE Motorola learning safely with GRACE.....NOT condemnation.
