Yes, but at a reduced audio level (by 6db).

Which begs the question - if you aren't transmitting, who are you listening to?

Hello:
Just adding info some may not be aware of.
Motorolas narrow band conversion kit made for the GM300 / M10 / M120 / M130 mobiles will also work for the Maxtrac / Radius line M100 / M200 series mobiles as long as the below is corect for your mobile.
This info is read directly from the motorola narrow band kit # HLN9575 = VHF and HLN9576= UHF.
Motorolas Note :
These conversion kits can be used on limited versions of the Radius M100 / M200 and the Maxtrac mobile radios.
The VHF bds must be HLD4321C or later and HLD4322C or later.
The UHF bds must be HLE9310B or later.
Conversin kit HLN9575 for vhf does the narrow band conversion for both the 136 to 162 and also does the 146 to 174 as well.
Conversion kit HLE9576 does the UHF splits 403 to 433 and 438 to 470 and 465 to 495 and also the 490 to 520 split .
I can scan and send the 3 page sheet of parts and instructions to anyone that would be able to post it up here for info to be shared.
Please dont contact me for a copy for your self as i really dont want to email scan several sets out but would be happy to have it put up for all to read and use.
Thank you
