Motorola Advisor Elite Programming Help...

Hi, I cant seem to get the pager to accept the programming..... Boot the pc in dos and run the Software. It loads all the pager info but when i click program.... the status bar goes real quick and it comes up with an error saying pager not programed... the laptop is a dell 640 with on board db9(serial) any ideas??? Let me know thanks

What version of software are you using?
