cp200 Unable to get the field value error

Hey guys. I have a cp200 radio with version: R03.04.02
I have CPS 05.08 running and when i read the device it gives me a error saying:

error #2409

Unable to get the field value

using a toshiba 300ct with a serial ribless cable.


I've programmed tons of radios before but never a cp200 and would like to know
what im doin wrong. Thanks for the help.
