Help with Motorola Part (number)

I am looking for a retainer "clip" that holds the control cable plug into the back of a Systems 9000 style control head. I understand that Motorola has made such a part available as a fix for the common problem where the plastic retaining tabs on Sytems 9000 control cables have broken off. A source of these replaclments or a part number would be very helpful.
