Spectra display all on

I dont know how describe it so I will let the pic do the talking for me.

I got in the truck, turned it on and it was like this. Everything seems to work, but I cant tell what channel im on or any other setting.
Is this a known problem? In the head or the main box? Any easy fix for it?

Sorry, I dont know where the caps are. Are they in the main box or the remote head?

I remember a couple years ago there was a guy who worked on them. I will search some and see if I can find him again. If anyone remebers and could post a POC for him I would appreciate it.
I used to know a bit about the radio, but with CRS, I forgot it all 8(

My local Motorola service manager told me that Schaumburg had two circuit boards left in stock when I took a Spectra in last month... boards cost more than radio is worth.
