unlocking a password on HT1250LS

Post by stewajw »

Is there anyone who knows of someone in SE Nebraska or close by there that could unlock a HT1250LS? i bought one on ebay and when my guy was trying to program it he ran in to the password needed issue and the ebay guy didn't have the password, but told me of a place he knew of that will unlock them for $20, but that is in CA and i am in NE.

I would appreciate the help

thanks

Thanks, i saw that thread before. the problem lies in the fact that i don't have the CPS software to modify. i am not sure how much i want to expect from the people that will program the radio. it really doesn't look that hard to do.

thanks again.
